Principle of operation

The Juchuan JQ-201 ion fan can generate a large amount of airflow with positive and negative charges, which can neutralize the charges carried by objects. When the surface of an object carries a negative charge, it will attract the positive charges in the airflow; when the surface of an object carries a positive charge, it will attract the negative charges in the airflow. Thus, the static electricity on the surface of the object is neutralized, achieving the purpose of eliminating static electricity.

Operating Instructions

Turn the speed regulator switch clockwise until the indicator light is on to turn on the fan and generate an ionic airflow. To increase the fan speed, you can turn the speed regulator switch counterclockwise to the "off" position. When the indicator light goes out, it indicates that the fan is shut down

Maintenance items

The cleaning of the emitter head and the correction of ion balance should be carried out. The emitter head should be cleaned at least once a week

1、Transmitter cleaning: Clean the transmitter's launch point. Rotate the cleaning head handle clockwise until it stops and then release it. Repeat the rotation until it is thoroughly cleaned. Do this at least once a week

2、Cleaning of air inlet and outlet: The air inlet and ionization outlet screens should be kept clean to prevent airflow blockage. They can be cleaned with a soft brush or compressed air

3、Ion balance degree test: Measure the ion balance degree (residual voltage) using a plate negative charge control instrument or an ion tester.

4、Static electricity elimination time test: Use an static electricity analyzer or load monitoring board to measure the static electricity elimination time

5、Calibration: The output design of the JQ-201 ion fan for ion quantity is stable and fixed. Due to possible voltage fluctuations, environmental air dryness and humidity, and other factors, the ion balance degree may be affected by the deviation (residual voltage). The deviation standard is 0V±10V
