Inaccurate measurement values are one of the more common faults.This might be due to problems with the sensor,such as external force impact,decreased sensitivity caused by long-term use,or aging and damage of internal circuit components,which affect signal transmission and processing.In addition,if the instrument is not calibrated regularly and zero drift occurs,it can also cause measurement errors.To solve this problem,first check if the appearance of the sensor is damaged.If there is obvious damage,it should be replaced in time.For internal circuit faults,professional detection equipment can be used to test the performance of components and replace the faulty ones.At the same time,the torque tester should be calibrated strictly in accordance with the prescribed cycle to ensure the accuracy of the measurement data.

Data failure to be stored or transmitted is also a common malfunction.It could be that the storage chip is damaged,the data interface is loose or damaged,or there is a malfunction in the software system.When encountering this situation,first check if the data interface connection is normal and try to replace the data cable for transmission.If the storage chip is damaged,a new one needs to be replaced.For software system malfunctions,you can try restarting the instrument.If the problem persists,you need to reinstall or upgrade the software system.

To reduce the occurrence of malfunctions,during daily use,the torque tester should be operated strictly in accordance with the operating procedures,and improper operations such as over-range measurement and violent collisions should be avoided.Regularly clean,maintain and service the instrument,promptly identify potential problems and handle them to extend the instrument's service life and ensure its stable and reliable operation.
