The screw conveying system of the online screw machine is a key part to ensure the effective operation of the equipment.Different types of conveying systems have their own characteristics and are suitable for different production scenarios.Understanding these types can help enterprises choose the appropriate online screwdriver according to their own needs.

The vibrating disc conveyor system is a relatively common type.Its main body is a disc with a spiral track,and a vibrating motor is installed at the bottom of the disc.During operation,the vibrating motor drives the disc to vibrate,and the screws on the spiral track keep moving upward due to the vibration.A special screening structure is set on the track,which enables the screws to move forward in a specific direction and ensures that the screws enter the conveying pipeline in the correct posture.This conveying system is suitable for conveying screws with regular shapes and uniform sizes,and is widely used in production processes such as electronic component assembly where a large number of identical screws are required.Due to its vibration characteristics,it can effectively prevent screw accumulation and entanglement,ensuring the continuity of screw transportation.However,it has high requirements for the quality and specifications of screws.If the surface of the screws is uneven or the dimensional deviation is large,they are prone to getting stuck during the screening process,affecting the conveying efficiency.

Online screwdriver

The adsorption conveying system uses the vacuum adsorption principle to convey screws.At the end of the screw conveying pipeline,an adsorption head is set up.Negative pressure is generated by a vacuum pump to adsorb the screws onto the adsorption head.When the adsorption head moves to the screw tightening position,stop the vacuuming.The screw will fall to the tightening position by its own weight or under the action of a slight external force.This conveying method is relatively accurate in positioning screws and is especially suitable for the conveying of some small-sized screws with specific purposes,such as the assembly of electronic products like mobile phones and watches.It can prevent the screws from being damaged due to collision during the conveying process,and the adsorption head can be replaced according to the size and shape of the screws,offering high flexibility.However,the adsorption conveying system has strict requirements for vacuum degree control.If the vacuum degree is unstable,there may be situations where the screws do not adhere firmly and fall off,or adhere too tightly and cannot be released.

The blow-type conveying system uses the force of compressed air to convey screws.Screws are stored in the storage bin and connected to the tightening mechanism through pipes.When screws are needed,open the air valve.Compressed air will blow the screws from the storage bin through the pipeline to the screwdriver bit of the tightening mechanism.This conveying method is fast and can achieve rapid supply of screws,making it suitable for large-scale and efficient production scenarios,such as the assembly of household appliances.Its structure is relatively simple,maintenance is convenient,and it can be transported over a long distance.However,the blow-type conveying system has high requirements for the sealing of the pipeline.If the pipeline leaks air,it will affect the conveying power and accuracy of the screws.Meanwhile,for some screws that are relatively light in weight and have irregular shapes,they may flip or shift during the conveying process,resulting in an inability to accurately reach the tightening position.

The rotary disc conveying system conveys screws through a rotating disc.Screw positioning slots are distributed on the disc in a certain pattern.Screws are placed in the positioning slots and are successively conveyed to the selected positions as the disc rotates.This conveying system has good stability.Screws will not move or misalign in the positioning slot,making it suitable for production processes with high requirements for screw position accuracy.However,its flexibility is relatively poor.When changing screws of different specifications,the entire turntable needs to be replaced,and the adjustment time is relatively long.It is not very suitable for the production of small-batch and multi-variety screws.
